Bhavi Chadha is co-founder of Splendid and its head broker, leading the broking team. He spent more than 10 years at Banjo Loans, an Australian non-bank lender to small and medium businesses, joining as employee number four in 2014. At Banjo he led products and digital marketing, then marketing for almost seven years, and was General Manager of Strategic Growth on the leadership team until 2025. That inside view of how a non-bank lender assesses deals shapes how Splendid's brokers work, and he specialises in working capital and asset and equipment finance.
